All transactions are processed via Paypal in US funds. 

Usually orders received by 8:00 PM EST are shipped the next business day  (however, please be aware that at times it may take us up to 48 Hrs to ship)

We ship all Canadian orders via Canada Post XpressPost

We ship all US orders via UPS standard (we reserve the right to substitute UPS std for Xpresspost at our discretion)

Canadian customers may request their orders to be sent COD (a $7.00 fee is added to the order for COD)   Please use the special instructions area to indicate how do you want to pay for your order

If you are ordering from the USA please include your phone number with your order (use the comments section while checking out with paypal, or send us an email) if you don't send us your phone # we will put 999-999-9999   This could delay your parcel since UPS won't be able to contact you in case of any problems.

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. We will however gladly exchange defective merchandise. Please contact us before shipping any items back, If you are sending merchandise back from the USA please do not ship UPS. Use only the USPS
